Mfin Plus MCDBS is a multi channel delivery of banking services which comprises of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Agent Banking, Workplace Banking, Wholesale Lending and other channels ( like REST APIs & ISO 8583) to provide limited scale banking and financial services to the un-banked and under-banked people mainly in rural area through through the extensive use of new innovative set of technologies. Mfin Plus MCDBS integrates with Mfin Plus CBS and other external systems such as billing, telephone operators, SMS Gateways, payment gateways etc. Beside that, REST APIs and ISO 8583 enables seamless integration to other third party applications.
This model allows financial institutions to expand services and to reach areas where they do not have sufficient incentive or capacity to establish a formal branch, which is particularly true in rural and poor areas.
